Jaworze to host third edition of 'Spacer po srebrnej nitce' health walk
The Beskidzki Zespół Leczniczo-Rehabilitacyjny (BZLR) Hospital in Jaworze is organizing the third edition of 'Spacer po srebrnej nitce' on Saturday, September 19. The event will take place in Park Zdrojowy and is designed to promote health and social activation.
While the initiative primarily targets seniors to encourage physical activity, director Łukasz Pach noted that this year’s edition is intended to be intergenerational. Participants will meet at 9:00 AM for a walk that includes outdoor exercises, health and prevention advice from specialists, and various puzzles and tasks.
The event concludes at the amphitheater with additional attractions and small gifts from partners. Participation is free, though registration is required. Organizers encourage attendees to bring nordic walking poles.
