Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright escalate legal battle

The legal dispute between reality TV personalities Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright has intensified following new court filings and video evidence. Cartwright previously obtained a temporary restraining order against Taylor in August, alleging a pattern of emotional, psychological, and physical abuse.

In recent filings, Taylor has requested that the court deny Cartwright’s restraining order and has filed a counter-request against her. Taylor alleges that Cartwright uses insulting language to humiliate and intimidate him, claiming she has told him that their son does not want him around and that his career is finished. He expressed concern that her comments are intended to jeopardize his nearly two years of sobriety.

Additionally, transcripts and video footage have surfaced in which Taylor allegedly berated Cartwright. The footage reportedly shows Taylor criticizing her weight and comparing her unfavorably to her ‘Vanderpump Rules’ castmates, Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney, suggesting she should be more like them to achieve similar success.
