USC Trojans defeat Washington Huskies 25-21 in close comeback

The No. 18 USC Trojans secured a narrow 25-21 comeback victory against the Washington Huskies at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The win was highlighted by a critical defensive stand in the final minute, featuring a game-winning six-yard sack by junior defensive end Kameryn Crawford on Washington quarterback Demond Williams Jr.

Despite the win, USC head coach Lincoln Riley criticized the team's tackling during a Washington touchdown play, describing the defensive efforts as “poor attempts” and stating there was “zero excuse” for the lack of impact.

Offensively, USC utilized creative play-calling, including trick plays involving receiver Dezmen Roebuck and transfer Kade Eldridge, to bolster their scoring. Brian Bonner also contributed 89 yards on 19 carries to help the Trojans overcome the Huskies.
