Jayden Reed undergoes testing after neck injury in Packers-Jets game

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed has returned to Green Bay to undergo medical testing following a neck injury sustained during a Week 2 game against the New York Jets. The injury occurred after a collision with Jets linebacker Demario Davis, which resulted in Reed being carted off the field at MetLife Stadium.

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed that Reed is undergoing a series of tests but declined to provide a timeline for his return, stating, “It’s way too early for that right now.” Reed was listed with a neck injury and was a nonparticipant in the team’s Tuesday walkthrough. The team has not yet determined how the injury will affect his availability for the remainder of the season.
