Jazan Municipality announces investment for Bish Green City

The Jazan Region Municipality has announced an investment opportunity to establish, operate, and maintain ‘Bish Green City’ in the Al-Futiha Center of the Bish Governorate. The project aims to develop tourism and entertainment activities, enhance the use of municipal sites, and improve service quality for residents and visitors.

The investment site covers an area of 175,795 square meters, with a contract duration of 25 years. This initiative is part of efforts to expand municipal investment, attract specialized projects, and support urban development and quality of life in the region.

Al-Futiha Center is noted for its natural and touristic potential, particularly Wadi Al-Futiha, which features green spaces and water flows. Interested investors and entrepreneurs can view details via the ‘Furas’ municipal investment portal. The opening of bids is scheduled for November 1, 2026.
