Jazz Chisholm Jr. linked to Blue Jays ahead of free agency

Jazz Chisholm Jr. is approaching free agency following the New York Yankees' division series sweep by the Tampa Bay Rays. During the American League Division Series Game 3, Chisholm expressed confusion regarding boos from Yankees fans, noting that while the reception was unexpected during the playoffs, it did not personally hurt him.

As Chisholm prepares for the offseason, the Toronto Blue Jays have been identified as a potential destination for the second baseman. Analysts suggest that signing Chisholm could allow the Blue Jays to utilize Ernie Clement in a utility role while upgrading the starting second base position. Despite the speculation, Chisholm has stated his desire to return to the Yankees.
