Jazz festivals scheduled in Reus and Valencia regions

Various jazz festivals and performances are scheduled across Spain. In Reus, the second edition of Festivalet Jazz Reus will take place from September 10 to 13 at the Jardí de la Casa Rull. Organized by the Mas del Jazz Association, the event features five concerts and a jam session, including a performance by the Mas del Jazz Orchestra directed by Iván Sáez, which will revisit the music of Gerry Mulligan’s The Concert Jazz Band.

In the Valencia region, the ‘Fem-ho Jazz’ festival, promoted by the Diputació de València, continues its second edition. A performance by the Big Band of the Provincial Federation is scheduled for September 11 in Ador at the Plaça Sant Francesc de Borja. This initiative aims to decentralize cultural programming by bringing jazz and big band formats to various municipalities, including Museros and Carcaixent.
