Jazz pianist Danilo Rea headlines concerts in Calabria and Lazio

Italian jazz pianist Danilo Rea performed at the Peperoncino Jazz Festival in Corigliano Rossano, Calabria. The concert, part of the festival’s 25th edition, took place on 31 July in Piazza Steri and featured Rea's trio alongside other national and international jazz artists. The event is supported by the Ministry of Culture and local heritage authorities.

Later the same week, Rea played a free concert on the lakefront of Bolsena, Lazio, as part of the Tuscia in Jazz for Sla and Bolsenarte Festival. The performance on 31 July raised optional donations for ALS research and marked the festival’s integration into a network of charitable jazz events. Both concerts highlighted Rea’s long‑standing reputation in the Italian and international jazz scenes.
