JBL announces new WAVE series wireless earbuds

Harman International has announced the release of three new JBL WAVE series wireless earphone models, scheduled for launch on October 15, 2026. The lineup includes the WAVE BUDS 3, WAVE BEAM 3, and WAVE FLEX 3, designed to offer different wearing styles and listening experiences.

The WAVE BUDS 3 features a compact bud style with a new dual-side pop design charging case. The WAVE BEAM 3 utilizes a short-stick style with a smaller charging case, while the WAVE FLEX 3 offers a non-sealing flex style intended for ambient listening. All models incorporate JBL Deep Bass sound.

Technically, the series supports Bluetooth 6.0 and multipoint connectivity. The models also feature varying noise control capabilities, including active noise cancellation for the BUDS 3 and BEAM 3, and noise reduction with ambient sound modes for the FLEX 3. The earbuds are rated IP54 for dust and water resistance.
