JBL launches Pulse 6 Bluetooth speaker with integrated light show

JBL has launched the Pulse 6, a portable Bluetooth speaker that integrates a 360-degree LED lighting system with audio playback. The device features a transparent cylindrical design and an illuminated handle, allowing the light show to sync with the music. Users can manage lighting patterns and EQ controls via the JBL One app, which includes a Sunset Mode that gradually dims the lights over a 60-minute countdown.

Technically, the speaker delivers 40W of total output, consisting of a 30W RMS woofer and a 10W RMS tweeter. It is built with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The Pulse 6 supports Bluetooth 6.0, Auracast for multi-speaker pairing, and lossless audio playback via a built-in DAC and USB-C port.

The device is powered by a 34Wh battery providing up to 12 hours of playtime. It is priced at 2,499 yuan and is currently available in China.
