JBL unveils Xtreme 5 and Go 5 portable speakers in global product rollout

JBL introduced its refreshed Xtreme 5 and Go 5 portable speakers, adding AI‑driven sound optimization, deeper bass, and up to 24 hours of playback. Both models retain IP68 water‑ and dust‑proof ratings and feature new ambient lighting. In Mexico the Xtreme 5 retails for 6,999 MXN and the Go 5 for 1,099 MXN, with launch dates in May‑June.

To mark its 80‑year anniversary, JBL held a full‑day audio festival in the Philippines’ Clark Marriott Hotel, showcasing the new lineup alongside PartyBox party speakers, ANC headphones, and Quantum gaming headsets. The event highlighted the Xtreme 5 (PHP 21,299) and Go 5 (PHP 2,899) among other products, and featured live performances by local and international artists.
