JBL updates audio lineup with AI-driven sound technology

JBL has announced updates to its audio product lineup, integrating artificial intelligence to enhance sound quality and user interaction. The new releases include the PartyBox series, the EasySing microphone series, and updated portable models such as the Xtreme 5 and Go 5.

Key technological additions include ‘AI Sound Boost’, an algorithm that analyzes audio signals in real time to maintain frequency balance and prevent distortion at high volumes, and ‘SmartEQ Mode’, which automatically adjusts equalization based on whether the content is music or voice. The EasySing microphones are designed to facilitate karaoke by using AI to remove vocals from standard tracks.

The PartyBox 130 and 330 models feature LED lighting synchronized to music and IPX4 splash resistance. In the Mexican market, the PartyBox 130 is priced starting at 9,499 pesos, while the PartyBox 330 starts at 12,999 pesos. The JBL Go 5 introduces ‘AirTouch’ for simplified stereo pairing, while the Xtreme 5 features an upgraded acoustic system with enhanced bass performance.
