JCAS Airways relocates Tokyo office to prepare for 2027 launch
JCAS Airways has relocated its Tokyo office to the Yokoso Rainbow Tower in Minato Ward, effective October 19, 2026. The move is part of the airline's preparations for its scheduled service launch in 2027.
Based at Kansai International Airport, the airline plans to operate ATR 72-600 aircraft, initially targeting routes between Kansai and Toyama, as well as Kansai and Yonago. While the airline originally aimed for an autumn 2026 launch, the timeline was pushed to 2027 to prioritize the establishment of a sustainable and safe operational framework.
The company has also strengthened its management team, appointing aviation maintenance expert Toshihiko Noguchi as Executive Officer and Head of Maintenance to bolster safety protocols.
