Jean Alain Rodríguez discusses Miriam Germán Brito and Medusa case

Former Attorney General Jean Alain Rodríguez has made several claims regarding his legal battles and past interactions with judicial figures. In a recent interview, Rodríguez alleged that Miriam Germán Brito, while serving as a judge of the Supreme Court of Justice, visited his office to request her ratification in that position. Rodríguez claimed he warned her at the time that her public exposure could lead to questioning regarding various issues, to which she reportedly replied that she was willing to face such scrutiny.

Separately, Rodríguez addressed the ongoing Medusa case, stating that his defense will appeal any court decision regarding the request for the extinction of the proceedings. He argued that the investigation has lasted approximately six years, exceeding the four-year legal limit established by law. Rodríguez maintained that his assets were acquired through lawful means during his 30-year career and vowed to dismantle the accusations against him, which he characterized as false.
