Jean-Baptiste Millogo advances digital infrastructure in Burkina Faso

Jean-Baptiste Millogo has spent nearly 25 years developing digital infrastructure and internet connectivity in Burkina Faso and across Africa. An engineer specializing in network administration and security, Millogo has combined technical expertise in IP/MPLS networks, satellite infrastructure, and Internet Exchange Points (IXP) with management training, including an Executive MBA.

His career includes piloting digital infrastructure deployments for the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie in Central Africa and managing core network evolutions for major telecommunications operators such as Airtel and Orange Burkina Faso. His work focuses on the intersection of technological governance, international cooperation, and the development of digital policies to connect the region to the global internet.
