Jebel Jais remains closed for maintenance in Ras Al Khaimah

Jebel Jais, the highest mountain in Ras Al Khaimah, remains temporarily closed for maintenance. The closure affects access to the mountain, its viewing points, and popular attractions such as Jais Panorama. The road to the summit is also currently closed to visitors.

While an official reopening date has not been set, the official Jebel Jais account indicated that the mountain is expected to welcome visitors back “later this year.” Once reopened, the site offers activities including the Jais Flight zipline, Jais Sky Tour, and Jais Sledder, alongside hiking and cycling routes.
