Jeddah to host Red Sea Yacht Show for ten years

An agreement has been signed to host the Red Sea Yacht Show in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for a ten-year period. The contract was signed between Sela, a company owned by the Public Investment Fund, and Tahaluf at the Jeddah Yacht Club.

Scheduled to take place from October 14 to 17, 2027, the event is intended to serve as an extension of the Monaco Yacht Show. The exhibition aims to establish the Red Sea coast as a permanent destination for the yachting industry and marine tourism, leveraging the region's 1,800 kilometers of coastline and over 90 natural islands.

The inaugural edition targets more than 50 yachts, 150 exhibitors, and 10,000 visitors, with an expected economic impact exceeding $500 million from yacht sales, rentals, and luxury tourism. Future editions aim to scale these figures, potentially reaching an economic impact of $1.2 billion by the third cycle while highlighting major Saudi marine investments such as Sindalah and Amaala.
