JEE Main 2027 registration expected to begin in late October

Registration for the JEE Main 2027 Session 1 is expected to begin in late October 2026, with the application window likely remaining open through November 2026. While the National Testing Agency (NTA) has not yet officially confirmed the specific dates, the tentative schedule suggests that Session 1 examinations will be held between January 22 and January 30, 2027, with January 31 reserved as a buffer date.

Candidates seeking admission to NITs, IIITs, and other engineering institutions for BE/BTech programs should prepare necessary documentation, including scanned images of photographs, signatures, 10th-grade certificates or marksheets, and PwD/PwBD certificates where applicable.

Session 2 registration is anticipated to start in February 2027, with examinations likely occurring in April. Students currently in or having completed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are eligible to apply. Applications must be submitted online through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
