Tijuana and Ullum vehicle accidents cause injuries and a memorial mural

Tijuana, Mexico – On July 11 a Jeep Laredo flipped near Plaza Sendero after a front‑wheel failure; the driver escaped uninjured and traffic was briefly disrupted. The following day a public‑transport Altisa bus (unit 97) collided with a metal barrier at the 5 and 10 intersection, leaving two passengers with injuries that required urgent medical care; no serious injuries were reported for the driver. Residents also gathered in the Buenos Aires Sur neighbourhood to unveil a mural honoring María Belén, the minor who died in a July 1 traffic collision, with the artist saying, “When a tragedy happens, many times only the image remains; this mural offers another, a memory without prejudice.”

In Ullum, Argentina, a white Dodge Ram pickup overturned near the municipal cemetery in the early hours of July. Although the vehicle was heavily damaged, the driver emerged unharmed. Police, local firefighters, and municipal crews used heavy machinery to remove the wreck and reopen the road.
