Jeep launches 85th Anniversary Edition Meridian SUV in India

Jeep India unveiled the Meridian 85th Anniversary Edition, a limited‑run (85 units) version of its seven‑seat SUV. The special edition is priced at INR 36.05 lakh (ex‑showroom) and adds exclusive design touches such as an all‑black cabin with gold ambient lighting, 18‑inch black alloy wheels, and commemorative badging.

The model also introduces Jeep’s new CARA AI voice assistant, capable of handling navigation, calls, music, weather updates and vehicle functions in 52 languages, including Indian languages. Additional premium features include leather upholstery, contrast stitching, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, a 360‑degree camera system and Alpine audio. The launch celebrates 85 years of Jeep’s global legacy and targets buyers seeking a blend of luxury, performance and advanced connectivity.

The standard Meridian with CARA AI starts at INR 30.45 lakh, while the anniversary edition remains limited to 85 units, positioning it as a collector‑oriented offering within the Indian premium SUV market.
