Jeep launches Snow Peak limited edition Commander in Japan

Jeep has announced the launch of the Commander Overland Field Style Edition in Japan, a limited-edition series developed in collaboration with the Japanese camping equipment brand Snow Peak. The release is aimed at outdoor enthusiasts and is scheduled to be available for order starting September 12, 2026.

The limited production run consists of 100 total units divided into two distinct configurations. The first variant, priced at 6.6 million yen, includes the Snow Peak Field Rise inflatable rooftop tent, which weighs approximately 51 kg and can accommodate one to two people. The second variant, priced at 6.49 million yen, features a traditional outdoor setup including a locking roof rack, basket rack, and a side awning.

While the mechanical specifications of the seven-seater SUV remain unchanged, the special edition includes unique Field Style Edition graphics and a mirror display with integrated recording functions. Available colors include Brilliant Black Crystal and Pearl White, paired with Tupelo Brown interiors.
