Jeep Wrangler updates for 2027 in the US market
The 2027 Jeep Wrangler will receive several technological and comfort upgrades for the United States market. Key updates include a standard 7-inch TFT color instrument display for the Sport, Sport S, and Willys trims. The Sport S and Willys models will also gain passive entry systems.
High-end trims will see significant enhancements: the Sahara will feature McKinley seat upholstery, side steps, an Alpine nine-speaker audio system, and integrated navigation, while the Rubicon will include heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and navigation. Engine options remain diverse, including a 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder, a 3.6-liter V6, and a 6.4-liter V8 producing 470 horsepower.
Despite these updates, the current generation of the Wrangler is exiting the European market. Jeep has indicated that meeting newer European safety requirements would necessitate modifications that are difficult to integrate into the current model, and there are currently no confirmed plans for its return to Europe.
