Jeff Ament releases new Pearl Jam photography book

Pearl Jam bassist Jeff Ament has released a new book titled ‘Since Forever’, which features a collection of photographs he has taken of his bandmates throughout their history. Developed alongside his brother, designer Barry Ament, the book aims to document previously unseen moments from the band’s career.

Ament also addressed the band’s current drummer situation following their recent performances at the Ohana Festival in Dana Point, California. While Ament suggested that whoever performed with them might become a permanent member, frontman Eddie Vedder later clarified on social media that drummer Abe Laboriel Jr. was merely ‘sitting in’ for the sets.

In recent discussions, Ament reflected on various milestones, including the creation of the album ‘Ten’, touring with Neil Young, and the band’s early years in Seattle.
