Two women have filed a class action lawsuit in Manhattan federal court against the estate of Jeffrey Epstein, alleging that the late financier possessed vast collections of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) that included images of them as children.

The plaintiffs, identified by the pseudonyms Jane Doe and Amy, claim that many individuals featured in the seized materials were never identified or notified by authorities. The lawsuit seeks at least $6 million in damages on behalf of more than 40 individuals, with a request for $150,000 for each recognized class member.

Key allegations include that Epstein maintained a “modeling book” of sexualized images of children in a locked safe and that he produced and distributed CSAM for over two decades. The suit names co-executors of the estate, former attorney Darren Indyke and former accountant Richard Kahn, as defendants. The plaintiffs are requesting a court-supervised program, in cooperation with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, to identify and notify all potential victims whose images may be in the collection.
