Jeffrey Lurie to join Philadelphia Eagles Hall of Fame

The Philadelphia Eagles have announced that team owner and CEO Jeffrey Lurie will be inducted into the franchise's Hall of Fame this season. The decision was made by the Eagles Hall of Fame selection committee, which cited an ‘unprecedented era of success’ during Lurie’s tenure since 1994.

Lurie will become the 53rd member of the Hall of Fame and only the second owner to receive the honor, following Bert Bell. His 32-year leadership includes two Super Bowl championships, four Super Bowl appearances, and 20 playoff appearances. Under his ownership, the franchise has achieved a .569 winning percentage, surpassing the combined success of all previous Eagles ownership groups.

Lurie described the selection as ‘one of the greatest honors of my life,’ noting his commitment to delivering championships for the fans and the city.
