Jeffrey Sachs meets with Bosnian officials in Banja Luka

Columbia University professor Jeffrey Sachs met with officials in Banja Luka, including Milorad Dodik and members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to discuss the country's future and governance.
