Jeil Pharmaceutical selected for K-VIP global expansion program

Jeil Pharmaceutical has been selected as a participating company for the 2026 second round of the Korea BioHealth Value-up Innovation Program (K-VIP), organized by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI). This government-led initiative is designed to support the global expansion of domestic pharmaceutical and biotech companies by providing financial assistance for participation in international academic conferences, exhibitions, and partnering events.

Through this program, Jeil Pharmaceutical aims to accelerate the global commercialization of its drug pipelines. Key focus areas include the gastroesophageal reflux disease treatment ‘Jaquvo’ and its proprietary new drug candidates, such as the next-generation diabetes treatment ‘JP-2266’ and the anti-cancer drug ‘JP9441’.

The company plans to utilize the support to participate in major international events like Bio-Europe 2026 to engage in partnering meetings, seek licensing-out opportunities, and explore collaborative development with global pharmaceutical entities.
