Jeju Air expands flight routes to Japan and Philippines

Jeju Air is expanding its flight network to meet winter travel demand and increase international connectivity from various South Korean hubs.

The airline will resume service on the Incheon–Kagoshima route starting November 25, with flights operating seven times a week. Additionally, the Incheon–Hakodate route is scheduled to resume on December 1, also with a daily frequency. These routes aim to provide travelers with more options beyond major cities like Tokyo and Osaka by connecting them to smaller Japanese destinations.

Furthermore, Jeju Air will launch a new route from Busan to Manila on December 17. This service will operate five times a week, excluding Wednesdays and Sundays. This expansion is part of the airline's strategy to increase direct international flights from Busan to accommodate growing tourism demand.

Jeju Air reported record-breaking passenger numbers from January to September this year, totaling over 10.1 million passengers, marking the fastest growth among domestic low-cost carriers.
