Jelena Trivić and Narodni front fail to reach electoral threshold

Jelena Trivić, leader of the Narodni front, experienced a significant decline in electoral support during the recent general elections in Republika Srpska. Trivić secured only 1,458 personal votes, with 874 of those coming from Banja Luka.

Her political party, Narodni front, failed to reach the electoral threshold, receiving approximately 11,000 votes in total. This result marks a sharp decrease in political influence compared to her previous electoral performances. In 2022, Trivić garnered roughly 273,000 votes as a candidate for the President of Republika Srpska. In the 2024 local elections, her support for the mayoralty of Banja Luka dropped to approximately 13,500 votes.
