Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO list $7M Tennessee home after divorce

Country music star Jelly Roll and podcaster Bunnie XO have listed their custom-built estate in Franklin, Tennessee, for just under $7 million. The sale follows the finalization of their divorce in July.

The 10-acre property features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a media room, and a resort-style pool with an outdoor kitchen. Reflecting Jelly Roll’s interest in cars, the estate also includes an automotive showroom.

The former couple, who married in 2016, reached a confidential agreement to divide assets including properties, vehicles, and aircraft. Court documents indicate Bunnie XO received a one-time lump sum payment. Despite the split, the pair reportedly intend to continue their IVF journey together to have children.
