Jellycat profits nearly double to £240m amid retail expansion

Soft toy manufacturer Jellycat reported a significant financial surge for the year ending December 2025, with pre-tax profits rising 98 percent to £240 million. Revenue also saw a 43 percent increase, reaching £450 million.

The company’s growth is attributed to high demand from collectors and the “kidult” demographic—adults over age 12—as well as viral popularity on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. To capitalize on this momentum, Jellycat expanded its experiential retail presence, opening 22 new retail spaces and themed experiences, such as “Jellycat Airlines” in Harrods and a ski club in Los Angeles, compared to just three in 2024.

Jellycat Limited will pay approximately £179 million in dividends to its parent company, Jelly Holdings, which is controlled by the Gatacre family trust. These funds are expected to be retained within the group for future business reinvestment.
