Jembatan Perintis Garuda construction progresses in Ponorogo and Bombana

The construction of the Jembatan Perintis Garuda (Garuda Pioneer Bridges) is progressing across several regions in Indonesia through collaborative efforts between the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and local communities.

In Ponorogo Regency, five bridges are currently under development. As of October 8, 2026, the project in Nambangrejo Village, Sukorejo District, has reached its highest completion rate of 74.08 percent. Other sites in Badegan, Pudak, Balong, and Besuki show varying progress levels, with completion rates ranging from approximately 32 to 66 percent. Factors such as geography, weather, and material availability are influencing the construction pace.

In Bombana Regency, specifically in Babamolingku Village, West Poleang District, TNI personnel from Kodim 1431/Bombana are working alongside residents to pour concrete for phylon pole foundations. This infrastructure project aims to improve local transportation access and support economic growth by providing essential connectivity for rural communities.
