Jember leadership receives 80.7% satisfaction rating in ARCI survey

A recent survey by Accurate Research and Consulting Indonesia (ARCI) indicates that 80.7 percent of residents are satisfied with the performance of Jember Regent Gus Fawait and Vice Regent Djoko Susanto after one and a half years in office.

The Jember Home Care program, which has been operational for approximately two months, emerged as a highly successful initiative with an 82.3 percent satisfaction rate. Residents expressed a desire for the program to be maintained consistently and expanded to more remote areas.

Other notable programs contributing to high satisfaction levels include the Jember Priority Universal Health Coverage (UHC), which received an 81.5 percent satisfaction rating for facilitating free access to health facilities. Additionally, the Wadul Gus’e program saw a 79.8 percent satisfaction rate, with citizens expressing interest in more direct interaction with leadership through social media and other channels.
