Jembrana Prosecutor Office Destroys Seized Narcotics and Other Evidence
The Jembrana District Attorney's Office carried out a supervised destruction of seized evidence from 36 criminal cases on 30 June. Among the items destroyed were 164.8 g of methamphetamine, 0.83 g of cannabis and 1,468 illegal pills, along with electronic devices such as 13 smartphones and six digital scales. The operation was ordered under official directive No. print‑64/N. 1. 16 BPA/BPApa. 1/05/2026 and is presented as part of the office’s transformation toward greater transparency and accountability in the handling of finalized criminal cases.
The prosecutor emphasized that the destruction reinforces legal certainty, public trust in law‑enforcement processes and the commitment to uphold the rule of law.
