Jenelle Evans diagnosed with CRPS and spinal cyst

Jenelle Evans, known for her role on ‘Teen Mom’, has revealed she is battling Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and a spinal cyst. The health issues reportedly began following knee surgery in April 2026.

Evans stated that the CRPS diagnosis came after she noticed her leg was not improving during recovery. She described experiencing excruciating pain extending from the base of her skull to her tailbone. After receiving a steroid injection at a pain management clinic, her symptoms intensified, leading to a hospital visit.

During medical evaluations, an MRI uncovered a syrinx, or a cyst on her spine, filled with cerebrospinal fluid. Evans noted that the cyst has grown from 2 millimeters in 2022 to 4 millimeters, expressing concern that further growth could lead to paralysis.
