Jenke von Wilmsdorff explores sleep disorders in new documentary

Jenke von Wilmsdorff and his son, Jánik, are featured in a new documentary titled ‘JENKE. Experiment. Schlaflos - Wie uns schlechter Schlaf krank macht’ (JENKE. Experiment. Sleepless - How poor sleep makes us sick). The program explores the health risks of chronic sleep deprivation, a condition affecting approximately eight million people in Germany.

In the documentary, the duo tests various market solutions to address their own struggles with poor sleep. The special marks the beginning of a new season of reportages from von Wilmsdorff, with seven new prime-time films scheduled to air this autumn on ProSieben and Joyn.
