Jenn Harley arrested for domestic violence in Florida

Jenn Harley, the former partner of ‘Jersey Shore’ star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, was arrested by Sunny Isles Beach Police in Florida on Saturday, October 10. Harley, 39, was booked into a Miami-Dade County jail on a misdemeanor charge of battery/domestic violence.

Harley spent two nights in custody before being released on Monday, October 12, after posting a $1,000 bond. She has entered a written plea of not guilty, and her arraignment is scheduled for December 8. While a stay away order was noted in court records, it was described as ‘pre-trial conditional allowing contact.’

Harley denied the allegations on social media, stating, ‘I am completely innocent of the allegations made against me!’ The identity of the alleged victim has not been publicly disclosed. Harley and Ortiz-Magro, 40, share an eight-year-old daughter and had an on-and-off relationship between 2017 and 2019.
