Jennie launches co-designed Adidas Originals collection

K-pop star Jennie has launched her first co-designed collection with Adidas Originals, marking a transition from global brand ambassador to creative co-designer. The collection, themed around “functional grace,” draws inspiration from ballet to blend softness with performance-driven structure.

The lineup features reworked track tops, pants, wrap skirts, knit cardigans, and sheer bodysuits. A notable piece in the collection is the Superstar SQ Ballet, a reimagining of the classic Adidas Superstar shoe inspired by the shape of a ballet pointe shoe.

The launch event took place in West Hollywood, coinciding with the release of Jennie’s new EP, “Fallen Angel.” The artist described the EP and the collection as the beginning of her “next chapter,” noting that the projects are deeply personal.
