Jennifer Garner stars in Peacock's The Five Star Weekend

Actress Jennifer Garner is starring in the Peacock series "The Five Star Weekend," a book-to-screen adaptation of Elin Hilderbrand's novel. The show, which features an eight-episode season, explores complex female friendships and the interpersonal tensions between characters during a weekend on Nantucket.

In addition to her acting projects, Garner has completed the construction of a $7.4 million farmhouse-style property in Brentwood, Los Angeles. The home, which she began building after purchasing the land in 2019, was designed in collaboration with architects Steve and Brooke Giannettito. The design incorporates earthy, wooden tones inspired by her upbringing in West Virginia to create a space suitable for her large family.
