Jennifer Garner stars in SkyShowtime drama ‘The Five Star Weekend’

SkyShowtime will debut the eight-episode drama series ‘The Five Star Weekend’ on October 16. Starring Jennifer Garner, the series is an adaptation of the bestselling novel by Elin Hilderbrand.

Set on Nantucket, the story follows Hollis Shaw, a successful cookbook author and food influencer. Following a devastating personal loss, Hollis’s carefully curated public image begins to fracture, impacting her marriage and her relationship with her daughter. In an attempt to find emotional balance, she invites three women representing different stages of her life—childhood, her twenties, and her thirties—to her home for a weekend. An unexpected guest further complicates the gathering, leading to the emergence of long-held secrets and old tensions among the group.

The series will release two new episodes each week.
