Jennifer Hudson celebrates fifth season of talk show with community visits

The Jennifer Hudson Show has launched its fifth season, marked by community-focused celebrations. In Southeast Michigan, the program has transitioned to WXYZ Channel 7. During a visit to the station in Southfield, Hudson discussed her deep connections to Detroit, citing the influence of Motown and legends like Aretha Franklin on her career.

In another celebration of the new season, Hudson visited the Charlestown Boys & Girls Club. As a former member of the Boys & Girls Club network during her upbringing in Chicago, Hudson spent time with local members participating in activities including dancing and singing. A segment documenting the visit is expected to air next week.
