Jennifer Hudson discusses evolving views on marriage with Common

Jennifer Hudson has revealed that her relationship with rapper and actor Common has changed her perspective on marriage. During an appearance on Keke Palmer’s podcast, ‘Baby, This is Keke Palmer’, Hudson addressed societal assumptions regarding women and marriage.

Hudson stated that while she has not historically pursued marriage and does not believe all women crave it, she would consider the possibility with Common. The couple, who have been dating since 2022 and officially confirmed their relationship in early 2024, met while working on the film ‘Breathe’. Hudson also clarified that she has never been married previously.
