Jens Spahn files defamation complaint against rapper Ski Aggu

German CDU politician Jens Spahn has filed a criminal complaint for defamation against rapper Ski Aggu following allegations made during a Twitch livestream. The incident occurred on August 18 during the ‘Almani Show,’ which was broadcast live from the Tempelhof subway station in Berlin.

During the stream, Ski Aggu claimed to have seen Spahn and his husband, Daniel Funke, at a ‘chem-party’ and alleged they had consumed drugs, using the phrase ‘they pulled the worst boards.’ Spahn’s legal representative, Ralf Höcker, has dismissed these claims as ‘completely invented and lied about,’ noting that the responsible parties have already been issued cease-and-desist orders.

Ski Aggu’s management has responded by characterizing the statements as a ‘completely invented and exaggerated satirical narrative’ rather than a factual report, asserting that the content was intended for entertainment purposes. While the original video has been deleted, clips continue to circulate on social media platforms.
