Jeonnam Gwangju launches interactive integrity administration test

Jeonnam Gwangju Integrated Special City has launched the ‘TRUST Integrity Administration Type Test,’ an interactive online content designed to engage citizens in evaluating administrative values. Moving away from traditional video and poster-based promotion, this participatory tool allows citizens to answer questions regarding civil service, such as the most important factors in processing complaints and the ideal qualities of a public official.

Based on the responses, participants are categorized into one of five types: Transparent, Responsive, Understanding, Service Fair, or Together (forming the acronym TRUST). The test connects these personality types to specific municipal policies and services. For example, those identified as ‘Transparent’ are directed toward information disclosure systems, while ‘Responsive’ types receive information on proactive administration and instant reservation services.

The city plans to analyze the accumulated participation data to identify the administrative values most important to its citizens. This data will serve as a reference for establishing future integrity policies and improving overall administrative services.
