Jepara schools win 2026 Merah Putih Cultural Parade

Three schools have been named winners of the 2026 Merah Putih Cultural Parade in Jepara Regency. The competition featured 59 participants showcasing various themes ranging from local traditions to future agricultural visions.

TK Terpadu TA NU Jepara won the PAUD/TK category by presenting the Perang Obor Tegalsambi tradition combined with modern elements and local culinary displays. SD Negeri 2 Panggang took first place in the SD/MI category with a ‘Jepara Heritage Future’ concept, linking historical figures like Ratu Sima and R.A. Kartini to the region's future development.

SMP Negeri 6 Jepara won the general category with a theme focused on food self-sufficiency. Their performance depicted the evolution of Jepara's agriculture, transitioning from traditional methods to a vision of technology-based farming involving drones and tractors by 2040.
