Jeremy Clarkson sheep theft investigation closed after staff miscount

Thames Valley Police have closed an investigation into a reported sheep theft at Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire, confirming that no animals were actually stolen.

Earlier this month, the Clarkson’s Farm star reported that 11 breeding ewes, valued at over £2,000, had been taken during a nighttime raid. During the incident, Clarkson issued a warning to potential thieves, stating, “farmers are armed.”

However, police clarified that the report was the result of an accidental miscount by farm staff. All sheep have since been accounted for, and the investigation has been concluded as no offense was identified.
