Jeremy Clarkson's 'Clarkson's Farm' Season 6 Production Confirmed Amid Farm Depiction Dispute

Jeremy Clarkson’s farming documentary series on Amazon Prime Video is back in production for a sixth season. An Instagram video posted by his partner, Lisa Hogan, shows her at sunrise in a tractor, previewing the upcoming harvest segment and confirming that filming is under way. The new series follows the show's return after concerns about Clarkson’s health following his prostate‑cancer treatment.

The programme has also become the centre of a public dispute with BBC wildlife presenter Chris Packham. Packham accused the series of presenting an unrealistic, idealised view of British farms, saying, “Most farms are horrible monocultures which have been sprayed with deadly chemicals…the ground pumped full of fertiliser, and loads of the animals are indoors – in crates, being crushed and kept in the dark.” Clarkson retorted in his Sun column, describing Packham’s reaction as “blind fury” and “endlessly angry”. The clash highlights ongoing criticism of industrial farming practices and the media portrayal of agriculture in the UK.
