Jeremy Renner shifts focus to family following 2023 accident

Actor Jeremy Renner has released a book titled ‘My Next Breath’, detailing his recovery and life following a near-fatal snowplow accident in January 2023. In the book, Renner describes the writing process as therapeutic, helping him navigate the pain, doubt, and fear he experienced during his long rehabilitation period.

Renner, known for his role as Hawkeye in the Avengers films, stated that his priorities have shifted away from cinema toward his relationship with his daughter. He recently attended the Rome Film Festival to receive an award from the ‘Alice nella Città’ youth program, accompanied by his daughter. Reflecting on his experience, Renner remarked, “I don’t feel like a superhero: mine was a demonstration of love, and I believe that love is the true superpower.”
