Jerez de la Frontera hosts inclusive employment summit

More than 30 companies from the province of Cádiz participated in an event in Jerez de la Frontera to discuss the advantages of integrating people with disabilities into the labor market. The session, part of the #InsertaTalento tour, aimed to promote selection processes based on professional capabilities rather than prejudices.

The event was organized by Inserta Empleo, a labor intermediation entity of the Fundación ONCE co-financed by the European Union, in collaboration with the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Andalusia (AJE Andalucía) and AJE Cádiz. Participants included business leaders and Human Resources managers who shared experiences on fostering inclusive hiring and improving talent management within organizations.
