Jermaine Dolly discusses new single ‘Victory’ and gospel brotherhood
Gospel singer and songwriter Jermaine Dolly has released a new single titled ‘Victory’. Dolly shared that he initially hesitated to remake the song because he struggled to align it with his personal musical style. However, after working with his producer, The Weatherman, in Philadelphia, the track was reimagined with a new beat that allowed Dolly to connect with the music.
Dolly also discussed his involvement with ‘The Stones’, a brotherhood of gospel artists and producers including Jonathan McReynolds and MAJOR. The group originated through weekly Bible study sessions designed to foster accountability and mutual support among members regarding their personal and professional lives.
Dolly is scheduled to perform in Philadelphia on October 17, a concert that will feature LeAndria Johnson and other gospel performers.
